Preparation for the Examination
No special diet or fasting is required. Before the examination, remove metallic objects from the area being examined: jewelry, watches, belts, and clothing with metal fasteners. If you are pregnant or cannot rule out pregnancy, inform the staff. A CBCT scan requires a referral from a doctor due to ionizing radiation.
What to Bring
Doctor's referral (mandatory for CBCT), insurance card, results of previous examinations and images if available.
